Due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak, and realizing a lot of businesses, gyms, restaurants, and corporate offices have closed for summer, there are going to be a lot of people stuck at home with not a lot to do.
So, first, take care of yourself and your family. Be smart, wash your hands and manage your health. Hot tea and honey are excellent at a time like this. Lots of fluids, soups, easy stuff. Stay well. We’ll get through this together.
